This 2010 Sauvignon Blanc is white gold in colour with a green tinge and aromas of green bean and hints of gooseberries. Flavours of gooseberry, pineapple and hints of asparagus. A clean and fresh wine with a lingering light citrus finish.

2005 Cabernet Sauvignon - Merlot


This 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon (70%) and Merlot (30%) is dark brick red in colour with aromas of blackberries, black cherry, chocolate and coffee. Rich ripe fruit fill the mouth with lingering flavours of mocha coffee on the palate and soft fruit tannins on the finish. This wine is further enhanced by maturation in French oak barriques for over 14 months. Will develop with further cellaring.
