This 2004 Chardonnay displays buttery and spicy oak flavours enhanced from malo-lactic and barrel fermentation with aromas of tropical and stone fruit characters with hints of lime and a creamy texture which follows through on the palate enhancing the full, luscious clean fresh finish.

2005 Cabernet Sauvignon - Merlot

This 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon (70%) and Merlot (30%) is dark brick red in colour with aromas of blackberries, black cherry, chocolate and coffee. Rich ripe fruit fill the mouth with lingering flavours of mocha coffee on the palate and soft fruit tannins on the finish. This wine is further enhanced by maturation in French oak barriques for over 14 months. Will develop with further cellaring.
